Changes in composition

The laundry perfume First Dream previously contained a substance called Butylphenyl methylpropional, which was commonly used in the cosmetic industry of the European Union as a fragrance ingredient in personal hygiene products, soaps, and hair care products. The product containing this substance at that time included all necessary information regarding its composition and warnings in accordance with applicable laws.

The use of this substance was restricted and banned as of March 1, 2022. The substance Butylphenyl methylpropional was classified as unsuitable due to suspected potential negative effects on the human reproductive system. As a result, we have removed this substance from the composition of the laundry perfume First Dream.

Dermatological testing and safety

The company PUELLA subjected its laundry perfumes to dermatological testing. This testing was conducted by the company CENTRUM estetické dermatologie, léčby akné a obličejových dermatóz syncare plus, s. r. o., on September 27, 2023.

Our concentrated Puella laundry perfumes are designed with the safety of washing machines in mind. By following the instructions below, you can achieve the desired results and prevent any risk of damaging the washing machine or other surfaces:

• Proper usage

Laundry perfumes should only be applied to damp laundry. Therefore, place them in the appropriate compartment of the washing machine intended for fabric softener. This ensures even distribution of the fragrance and minimizes contact with other surfaces.

• Handling caution

The internal parts of the washing machine are made of plastic that is resistant to higher temperatures and chemical agents. If the perfume comes into contact with less resistant plastic on the surface of the washing machine or any other surface, it is necessary to immediately rinse the affected area with water and wipe it with a cloth.
